PURCHASE INSPECTION

As a home buyer, we understand that purchasing a home is a big deal. Our inspection gives you a great view of your future home and any potential issues, from electrical, HVAC, and roofing to the foundation area. You'll receive a detailed report of all our findings to help you feel confident when making this important investment.

PRE-LISTING HOME INSPECTION

When you get a pre-listing real estate inspection, it covers the same areas as the pre-purchase inspection. Getting an inspection done beforehand gives you a heads-up about any potential issues, so you can address them if possible or at least be aware of them. As the seller, you naturally want your home to be in the best possible condition to make it as attractive as possible for potential buyers.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION (Pre-drywall and Final)

I just want to make sure you know that my keen eye for detail will help you avoid any future issues. We make sure to inspect every nook and cranny during construction so that you can feel confident about what's behind each wall before the final inspection. It's important to remember that just because it's a new construction, it doesn't automatically mean you'll have a perfect or top-quality home.

Rent to Own

Getting a property inspection before sealing the deal is a great idea. It helps uncover any hidden defects so that you won't end up stuck with a lease without knowing all the important details about the home.
