What is infrared?

The main goal of an infrared inspection of a building envelope is to find and record unusual patterns of infrared radiation, which may indicate potential problems for the user. The infrared camera helps me detect temperature differences that are not visible to the naked eye. This allows me to identify issues with insulation, condensation, plumbing, heating, and moisture. Please note that this tool is not an X-ray or an all-encompassing solution; it is a valuable aid that helps me conduct a thorough inspection, providing you with better information about your property investment.
